(3. Business Services)

  1. Any fees charged, will be calculated (and adjusted) based on the business's ability to pay.
  2. If a business does not have the ablity to pay, no fee will be assessed, or charged, until such time the business is able to pay.
  3. Business fees, and charges, will be applied solely to businesses. No fee, or charge, will be exented to individuals.
  4. No fee will be designed (or applied) to push a customer (and/or business) into bankruptcy.
